Mrs M wanted us to create one large kitchen / diner to replace her existing separate kitchen and dining room.
After careful detailed planning, work started with removing the internal wall between the existing kitchen / dining room and blocking up an existing doorway. When the building work was complete, the size and space created by the new kitchen / diner was impressive.
The new room was completely re-skimmed and re-boarded to make all surfaces good again and then we focused on installing Mrs M’s new QA kitchen units that had been carefully chosen and expertly designed to maximise the space available, creating plenty of storage areas to keep the kitchen clean, contemporary and uncluttered.
Because Mrs M lives in a hard water area (and stainless steel doesn’t like hard water much) we recommended a Granite composite sink unit which is so much easier to keep clean and being extremely smooth, the limescale find sit much harder to cling to the surface.
All in all we were very pleased with the end result – Mrs M was delighted with her new spacious kitchen / diner and the selection of cabinets and work surfaces really work very well together.
